President
Mike is the owner and president of Mammini Company. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, CIMA® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, CFP®. Mike earned a B.S. in Business Finance from San Diego State University. He has been in the financial services industry since 1988 and is a Senior Advisor for the firm’s major clients.
Mike enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife and family in his spare time, and hanging out with friends. He has also recently become a pickleball enthusiast. Mike has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, for 29 years, and they have two grown children. His son, Mitch, works at Mammini Company, and his daughter, Lauren, works for NBC News and lives in New York City.

Chris Joined Mammini Company in 2006 after spending five years at Smith Barney as a financial consultant. Before Smith Barney, Chris spent 17 years in corporate finance and material at Lockheed and General Atomics. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a master’s in Financial and Taxation Planning at San Diego State University. He specializes in wealth management for individuals and businesses.
Chris enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and kitty.
Mitch Mammini, CFA®
Investment Consultant
Mitch is an Investment Advisor for Mammini Company's Retirement Plan and Taft Hartley clients. He also helps manage portfolios on the firm's advisory account platform. He is a CFA Charterholder and received a degree in Financial Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Before joining Mammini Company, Mitch worked as a Senior Managing Associate at Bernstein Private Wealth Management in Los Angeles, where he worked alongside the firm's top advisors to service their high-net-worth clientele.
Mitch is a native San Diegan and lives in Leucadia with his girlfriend, Jordan. Mitch is an avid golfer, loves to surf, and prefers to spend as much time as he can outside on the weekends. He is also a die-hard Padres fan and tries to attend most home games throughout the season. Mitch is an ocean advocate and a San Diego Surfrider Foundation member.
Elizabeth Mammini
CFO
Elizabeth is a co-founder, along with her husband, Mike. She oversees the company’s finance office administration and provides client services. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Elizabeth loves staying active and enjoys golfing, traveling, playing pickleball, hiking, walks on the beach at sunset, spending time with friends and family, and, of course, good wine and fine dining.
Cameron Pastor
Operations Manager & Client Services
Cameron joined Mammini Company in 2014 with 15 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent. After almost a decade with Mammini Company, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge within the retirement/pension plan sphere. She doubles as both Mammini Company’s operations manager and client services associate. As such, she oversees our business operations and compliance while providing general support to our clients and advisor team. Cameron prides herself on staying current with our technology and firm practices to ensure that we provide our clients with the highest level of service.
Cameron was born and raised in LA and is a diehard Dodger fan. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Cal State Northridge. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys being the favorite aunt, baseball games, traveling, and soaking up the sunshine on the beach.
Pamala Summers
Administrative Associate
Pam has been with Mammini Company since 2000. She provides customer service support to plan participants and support for the advisors in our office. When you call Mammini Company, chances are she will be the first person you speak with.
Pam and her husband, Ed, enjoy traveling to America’s National Parks and Monuments. She loves Sunday dinners with her children and grandchildren and tending to her garden, which includes many plumeria plants.
